Wildflowers: Seeds of History

Attend a free film screening of Wildflowers: Seeds of History on August 29 at 6:45 PM at the Flower Mound Public Library, 3030 Broadmoor Lane.

This film is a trip through the legends, facts and ecological impact behind Texas Wildflowers.

Attendees discover what wildflowers are really doing, their historical use for food and medicine, and how they grow.

The film, produced by KLRU - Austin's public radio station and narrated by Asleep at the Wheel's Ray Benson, was shot in breath-taking high definition video during the stellar wildflower season of spring 2010.

Volunteers from The Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center's Landscape for Life program, KLRU - Austin Public Radio, The Mound Foundation and Keep Flower Mound Beautiful host the program.

RSVP today by visiting the Library's Information Desk or by calling 972-874-6165.
