OSE Health and Fitness Fair will be held March 21, 2006 from 6-8pm in the school gymnasium.
Over 25 Health and Fitness guests will be attending to offer an abundance of great information for you and your family to stay on top of the challenge to stay healthy. Information from eating right, personal training, behavior weight management to many other related topics will be offered. There will be guest speakers, Fire and ambulance trucks, rock climbing wall and bounce house, just to name a few! Come join the fun of Fitness and staying healthy!
